Capítulo 661: Godlike Master Part 12
A vast circle, stretching ten kilometers in diameter, began to light up, casting a white glow across the landscape.
The ground beneath shuddered violently, a deep rumble resonating through the earth.
Slowly, a colossal golem of stone emerged.
It continued to rise, towering ever higher, until it reached the staggering height of a hundred-story building, casting an immense shadow that swallowed the land.
In its gargantuan hand, it held a massive sword, hewn from the very heart of a mountain, its edges sharp and imposing, a testament to its formidable power.
With a shattering roar that echoed across the land, it stepped forward, its weight shaking the ground.
Then, as if summoned by a shared will, the circle pulsed again, and from the depths of the earth, more figures began to rise—each one filled with elemental energy.
From beneath a cascade of swirling wind, a golem formed of dust and air broke through with a whirl of energy, its body shifting and changing like a sandstorm.
It spiraled upward, melding into shapes that danced around the massive stone guardian.
Following closely was another, forged from liquid fire, its molten limbs dripping embers that ignited patches of grass around it. The heat radiated outward, fierce and unrelenting.
Then emerged an earthen golem, composed entirely of rich soil and rooted flora, vines curling gracefully around its limbs as if nature itself had come to life.
A chilling mist heralded the arrival of one more—the ice golem glow, its crystalline form glistening ominously in the eerie light, shards of ice hanging precariously from its limbs as if waiting to shatter.
Yet the wonders of this rising army did not stop there. The circle pulsed once more, and an explosion of earth erupted as yet another golem manifested—a behemoth sculpted from solid granite.
As it lifted its massive arms, fissures cracked along its body, revealing molten cores thrumming with raw power.
From a distance, Reign watched the giants rise.
“So I really did underestimate this world,” he was grinning seeing this much opponents.
But he chose not to step in yet. Breaking them himself would only waste the chance to observe.
Better to let his experiment take the hits first—see if these spirit users were even worth his time.
The stone golem took the lead.
It charged forward, slamming its foot into the ground, creating a big quake. It swung its massive sword at the vine-covered monster.
The blade connected—but didn’t cut. The vines caught the sword, stopping it mid-air.
Then it moved.
They wrapped around the golem’s arm, pulling. More tendrils shot up from the ground, twisting and lashing like living whips.
The wind golem spun into the sky, slicing at the vines with razor-like currents. It cut deep, ripping away several layers. Pieces fell, shriveled, and died.
Soon, the fire golem stepped forward, releasing waves of heat.
Flames sprayed across the mass. Smoke curled upward. Some vines curled and blackened—but others pushed forward, unaffected.
More elements entered the field, each one forcing Kang’s monstrous body to retreat.
‘Not bad. They’ve already found his weakness—and now they’re combining attacks,’ he muttered, watching two golems strike with water and lightning together.
Gaining confidence, the spirit users poured more energy into wide-area attacks.
The golem with the sword raised it high, while energy from the others swirled and danced around the blade.
It charged up, then swung it down in a fierce slash.
BOOOOOOOM!
The strike unleashed a massive explosion that tore through the battlefield. Kang’s monstrous body was hit full force, pulverized in an instant.
Only a fraction—about ten percent—remained, shattered and smoking.
“Is this all you’ve got, my dear student?”
As if his voice woke it, the ground shook again.
Vines burst upward. This time, they didn’t form a random wave.
Instead, they copied the golem’s shape and stood up like a giant humanoid—twice the golem’s size.
“RGGGG!” Kang’s new form let out a furious roar .
Vines twisted and cracked as his massive hand shifted, reshaping itself into a thick, crushing net.
He slammed the net down onto one of the golems, trapping it in an unbreakable grip.
Without wasting a second, Kang grabbed the struggling golem and hurled it through the air with terrifying force.
BOOOM!
The captured golem crashed hard into another, sending both crashing to the ground with a thunderous impact.
“Sweet,” Reign whistled.
Once again, the sword golem raised its blade, gathering energy.
Kang didn’t wait—he charged straight at it.
The other elemental golems moved quickly to protect their main force. Another fierce clash erupted between them.
While this unfolded, the Titled Ones inside their newly formed fortress were all feeling uneasy.
“Supreme One, should we attack the main target? Maybe if we kill that monster, its beast will disappear too?”
One of the elders suggested.
It was solid advice, but just seeing Reign from a distance made the Titled Ones hesitate.
“Let’s take down that vine monster first. Fighting both of them at once will be too hard.” Grand Mistress of the Azure Path suggested.
The others glanced at her for a moment, then nodded in agreement.
With that, orders were given to push harder.
The golems grew stronger with each attack.
‘Is this his limit?’ Reign narrowed his eyes, very disappointed by his student’s performance.
In truth, Kang wasn’t weaker than the combined golems. He just didn’t have the brains to use his strength well.
Kang was like Reign—but without the IQ.
‘If my student fails, does that mean I failed as a teacher?’
The thought made him more annoyed.
“Stop messing around. Get your head in the game, or I’ll violate your beloved lover in front of you!” he threatened.
“RGGGGGG!” The giant mass of vines screamed in anger and lunged at him.
“Oh, so you still have a few brain cells left. I figured you’d gone completely stupid by now.” Reign scoffed.
He snapped his fingers, and the attack vanished in a burst of light.
“If you’ve got that much energy, then focus on the fight with this small fries. Don’t embarrass me.”
