Chapter 367: Chapter 366: Preparing for Lisa’s birthday 3

When they dispersed to start preparing, Luciel also went back to his and Treyton’s room and lay on the bed.

Just after a few minutes, Treyton also followed him into the room.

“Oh, you don’t have anything to discuss with them anymore?” Luciel asked after seeing Treyton enter.

“Yeah. I’m not going to help in the preparations so of course, it’s better to stay with you and enjoy my benefits as someone with a lover,” Treyton said and then pulled him in for a hug.

One of Treyton’s hands was already inside his shirt, so of course, Luciel knew what benefits he was talking about.

“I want to take a bath first.”

“Then let’s go and have a bath,” Treyton said and pulled him to their space.

Of course, in the end, they didn’t just bathe, but ended up exploring each other’s body until they ended up on the bed in their space.

After satisfying each other’s desire, both of them didn’t rest immediately but started talking to each other about trivial things in the team and other things.

When both of them were talking about Lisa’s birthday celebration and talking about the gifts they had planned to give, Treyton asked, “What about mine? My birthday is in three months. What do you plan to give?”

When Treyton mentioned it, Luciel remembered that Treyton’s birthday was indeed in December according to the information he had searched before, which was three months away.

“Huh? Do you even need gifts? And why are you asking it now when your birthday is still three months away?”

“Look at your attitude, it’s obvious that you won’t even remember to give me a gift if I don’t mention it,” Treyton said with obvious dissatisfaction.

Luciel ignored Treyton’s dissatisfaction and said again, “As I said, do you really even need a gift?”

Treyton, who was still hugging him, hugged him tighter and said, “Of course, I need it. I’m already reminding you this early, so you better prepare a good gift for me.”

“So, what do you want as a gift? You can tell me now so that I don’t have to bother thinking about it.”

“You’re being insincere. I’m telling you this early so that you’ll have time to think more about what to give me.”

“You are reminding me too early. Your birthday is still three months away, mine is even closer than yours.”

“Oh, you’re also reminding me of your birthday?” Treyton said with a chuckle, and then continued saying, “Don’t worry, I’ll certainly prepare a good gift for you.”

“I don’t really care, as long as I’m eating and living well.”

As he said, he really doesn’t care whether he received any gift or not on his birthday.

He hadn’t celebrated his birthday for a long time, and he even forgot about his birthdays as he was continuously fighting for his survival.

Even when it was his birthday, he was still on the walls or in other areas fighting monsters, as those monsters wouldn’t stop attacking just because of someone’s birthday.

If it wasn’t because of the need to update their ID card every three months, he would have forgotten that his birthday had actually passed already.

Besides, even before the apocalypse, he wasn’t particularly interested in receiving gifts for his birthday.

If people sent him gifts, he would just thank them; if they didn’t, that was fine too.

So, he really didn’t mind if Treyton didn’t remember his birthday or give him a gift.

He might not even remember his own birthday when it came, so it didn’t really matter whether there were gifts or not.

As long as he had good food and could get back to his leisurely life, everything was okay.

“I’ll still remember to get you a gift, so you’d better prepare one for me,” Treyton said before he started kissing him again.

Both of them were still bare and had a lot of energy left. After Treyton started kissing him, they both got aroused and ended up having another round before returning to their room outside of their space.

The next morning, Luciel didn’t wake up voluntarily but was woken up by the continuous fighting outside.

He didn’t want to bother with it, but after thirty minutes had passed and he could still hear the fighting, he got up and opened the curtain to take a look.

The wind and snow outside weren’t as heavy as they were last night. He had been able to ignore the sound of the wind and sleep properly, but he couldn’t ignore the sound of fighting, so he wasn’t able to fall back asleep after being disturbed.

He looked outside and saw that the others were still fighting mutant dogs outside the building they were in.

He saw Wes leading other members of the group in fighting four mutant dogs. But it was clear that they weren’t only facing four mutant dogs, as he could see a few more in the distance and saw three mutant dog corpses already.

It was obvious that they had already dealt with three mutant dogs and were still dealing with the others.

It had just snowed heavily last night and was still snowing, so those mutant dogs shouldn’t have been out and attacking them in groups since they were just staying in the hotel.

But it seemed that the dogs hadn’t eaten in a long time and had smelled the food that Nina and the others were cooking.

Nina and the others had obviously started cooking early and were making a lot of food. That was probably why they had attracted so many mutant dogs to their location.

Mutant dogs were still dogs that had evolved from those cared for and fed by humans, so it was obvious that they could still eat what they had been eating before the apocalypse began.

The food that Nina and the others were preparing was probably sniffed out by those mutant dogs, which is why they were suddenly outside the building.
