Chapter 361: Chapter 360: Getting more supplies

The heavy snowfall continued for eight more days, so they also stayed in the building and didn’t leave.

But even though they didn’t leave, of course they didn’t stay idle and continued training themselves.

The building they chose was big enough for all of them. Even though everyone was training, it wasn’t crowded at all, and there was still a lot of space they could use.

All of them had something to be busy with, and they also had enough supplies. That’s why, even though they couldn’t get out because of the blizzard, it wasn’t that tedious.

During their stay in the building, Luciel started sparring with the other members again, just like before they left the base.

After sparring with him, the others also sparred with each other before training with others or by themselves.

When training with the others, Luciel could see that everyone had a bit of improvement, as they actually lasted longer when facing him compared to before.

They were also using their glaives in a better manner compared to before. At least many of them had reduced wasting unnecessary moves while using the glaive. They had become more efficient with their weapons, which was why they also lasted longer compared to before.

Of course, the improvement of the members’ skills still varied. Some improved faster than others, and some had slower progress, but at least all of them had some improvements.

Luciel continued his routine of sparring with others from morning till evening, but unlike him, the others were also training their powers.

Camille, who had just acquired his superpowers, was also very busy training. Because of what happened to him, Zam, who had just become his partner, seemed to be afraid that he wouldn’t be able to properly dodge attacks the next time, so Zam began training Camille personally.

So aside from the group training, Camille also had additional training with Zam and then trained his superpower afterwards.

Because of this, they could all see that Camille was obviously very tired afterwards, as he often couldn’t move after their training.

Of course, they also listened to him complaining to Zam every time they had training sessions, even though he would actually try his best to do all that Zam wanted.

So, it was obvious that he just wanted to listen to Zam, who would always try to coax him.

They were obviously just showing off. That’s why the other singles, especially Nathan, who was very vocal, would also complain and find something to tease them with.

They were all busy, even with the strong blizzard outside the building. They were well equipped, which was why they only felt a little cold even though the blizzard had intensified again.

When the blizzard stopped after eight days, Treyton decided to continue traveling after waiting for two more days. If the snow wasn’t severe in the next two days, then they would set off, but if not, they would continue to stay in the building.

Treyton made such a decision because they might have to wait for more than a month if they had to wait for the sudden winter to stop and for the snow to thaw.

He was also worried that the supplies in the warehouse would be further damaged because of the severe weather.

They were only a day away from their destination, so when it didn’t snow severely in the next two days, Treyton let everyone pack for them to continue going to their destination.

When they left, they didn’t remove the barricades that they put in the building, especially after the third floor, and just left them as they were, because they might have to use them again after they got the supplies from the warehouse depending on the weather.

When they traveled, Zam was at the forefront again together with Myla, as they needed to arrange the road they had to pass through using their abilities.

Because of the continuous blizzard, a lot was buried, including the zombies, as the height of the snow covering the road was already nearly 2 meters high.

There were, of course, some zombies that weren’t buried, but the team easily handled them.

Because of the snow, even though they didn’t travel that fast since Zam and the others had to arrange the road they were using, they still traveled faster than before because they didn’t encounter a lot of zombies and other obstacles on the road.

In the end, instead of spending a day to reach their destination, they actually reached it at lunchtime.

So, before checking the warehouses, they stopped and ate their lunch at the RV first.

After their lunch, Treyton assigned Zam to lead half of the members to go and check the condition of the warehouses and, of course, deal with zombies that they would encounter.

After Treyton finished giving an order to Zam, he turned to Luciel and asked, “Are you interested in joining them?”

“No need. I won’t be able to improve myself by killing only a few zombies anyway,” Luciel said in rejection, leaning on the sofa and slowly eating an apple.

They didn’t encounter a lot of zombies on the road, so while it was indeed good as they reached their destination faster, it also hindered Luciel’s plan on training himself.

They only encountered a few zombies, which would be easily killed by him without much effort, so he didn’t bother leaving the RV to kill zombies.

The zombies in those warehouses probably weren’t a lot either, so Luciel didn’t want to bother with it and just stayed in the RV.

Zam and the others were gone for at least 40 minutes before they finally returned.

“How is it?” Treyton asked.

Yang, who also went with them, was of course the one who started reporting the situation to Treyton.

“There weren’t a lot of zombies outside and inside the warehouses, so we easily cleaned them up.

Unfortunately, the temperature regulators in those warehouses weren’t working anymore, so a lot of goods were already damaged.

Three of the warehouses also have damaged ceilings and others, so the inside was already full of snow, and we could probably only get a few supplies from them.

As for the remaining two warehouses, they also have some damage, but it wasn’t severe, so we could still get a lot of goods in them.”

“What goods are in there?”

“Most of the warehouses are full of canned goods: meat, vegetables, and fruits. The others have a lot of chocolates and biscuits.”

“Are there really a lot of chocolates and biscuits?” Luciel asked before Treyton could say anything.

“Yes, there are indeed a lot. Unfortunately, one of the warehouses that was damaged actually had a lot of chocolates and biscuits, but those things probably aren’t edible anymore.”

“Well, as long as there’s still a lot of chocolates and biscuits, then it’s still great!” Luciel said with a smile.

Luciel actually still had a lot of chocolates and biscuits, because aside from him and the kids, only a few were interested in eating them.

He also had a separate stock that wasn’t shared, so even if the other members ate all the others, he still had a lot left.

But he was still interested in the chocolates and biscuits in the warehouse, because in such large warehouses, he could certainly get more variety and taste other brands that he hadn’t tasted before.

“Ok, since you guys have already cleaned up the zombies, let the others clean up the three damaged warehouses and get all the things that could still be eaten.

And assist Theo in getting the supplies from the two warehouses that are in better condition,” Treyton ordered.

“Okay,” Yang said, and knowing that Treyton didn’t have anything more to say, he went out with Zam and gathered the others to go inside the warehouses.

Luciel also stood up and said, “I’ll also be going.”

“You’re really only motivated when it comes to food. You’re even interested in going to those warehouses yourself,” Treyton said with a chuckle.

“Of course, I have to go. It’s better to see them first so that I can sort out the brands that I haven’t tasted yet to be separated from the others, so it would be easier for me to get them later.”

“Ok, then let’s go,” Treyton said, and also stood up to go with Luciel.

They left Wes in charge of the remaining team members guarding their RVs and the kids and went to those warehouses.

And as Luciel had expected, there were really a lot of varieties of chocolates and biscuits inside the warehouse, and all of them were actually from other countries. That’s why there were still a lot of brands that he hadn’t tasted yet.

The chocolates and biscuits that he got before also included some from other countries, but they were mostly the ones commonly seen in different places.

But the things in the warehouse weren’t just those commonly seen imported chocolates and biscuits in shops and stores, so Luciel was very satisfied looking at the chocolates and biscuits in the warehouse.
