Avanora’s eyes glowed with a strange, multicolored hue as she observed what her son-in-law was doing, using her authority as the Immutable Observer.

An authority that allowed her to watch and observe the nature of any process that existed in the universe, from birth to death, creation to destruction, and everything in between, within the cycle.

Although it might seem like a powerful authority, it truly was not.

It was an authority meant for someone who wished to learn, and learning was the only thing one could do with it, and nothing more.

It existed for those who valued knowledge, yet that knowledge could not be used for personal gain, nor for the benefit of others.

“Is that the visual ability you obtained from the authority of the Immutable Observer?” Amaya asked.

“Yes, I would not call it my own ability. It is more of a borrowed one,” Avanora replied. “It comes with the authority itself. Once the authority disappears, this ability will disappear with it.”

“You know, it was our husband who created this authority,” Avanora added slowly, a smile forming on her face.

“My king created this authority?” Tiana asked, surprised.

“I did,” Damian nodded. “I wanted more people, more arcane scholars, to appear. However, to become an official arcane scholar, one would need to learn for countless years, experiencing all kinds of processes that exist to allow existence itself to continue. It could become extremely tiring, and many would eventually give up. So, as an incentive, I created a system that rewarded authorities to those who truly deserved them.”

“I made it so that the authorities directly originate from the Primordials, in accordance with their inherent nature, and the Authority of the Immutable Observer falls under the domain of the Primordial Judgment.”

“Even then, there are not many who manage to obtain an authority,” he continued, “and one of those few is my mother-in-law.”

“It would not take long for you all to be rewarded with an authority while I am here,” Damian added.

“Yeah, I would very much like to obtain an authority as well,” Lucian said with a small smile as he observed his surroundings.

This was his first time in Heaven, the very place he had only ever read about or heard of in legends and stories.

“Could you continue with what you were about to do, my son-in-law?” Avanora asked.

“As I said before, I am going to create a controlled environment where the souls of a brand-new race will come into existence,”

Damian explained.

He then flew toward the [Sanctum of Renewal], located at the center of the ninth layer of Biblical Heaven, the [Heaven of Remembrance].

With a casual wave of his hand, he caused the others to follow, lifting them into the air as they passed the mountain upon which the [Sanctum of Renewal] stood.

Thousands of seraphim watched their progenitor in awe and reverence, their expressions also filled with curiosity toward the people the Emperor had brought along.

After flying several hundred meters behind the mountain, they descended and landed on the land.

Damian raised his hand, his fingers suddenly enveloped in golden energy as his [Infinity Essence] began to flow outward in a quantity beyond mortal comprehension.

Every movement was under his perfect control.

His long hair turned golden, levitating as if it possessed a will of its own, while his eyes fully transformed into radiant gold, releasing a blinding light.

In the next instant, a massive golden magic circle expanded outward, stretching over five thousand meters in radius.

Moments later, a gigantic circular structure began forming rapidly as Damian continuously supplied his boundless energy, using his unique [Infinity Magic] to shape enormous structures from the same material as the mountain that housed the [Sanctum of Renewal].

Though made of identical material, the structure differed in size and shape.

The mountain Damian created was a vast, circular white dome stretching five thousand meters in radius, with no visible entrance leading inside.

Damian then glanced toward the rear of the mountain and raised his hand once more.

In the following instant, several golden, infinity magic circles appeared again, extending from the newly created dome structure all the way to the [Sanctum of Renewal].

From the base of the mountain of the [Sanctum of Renewal], a cave was formed at its very foot.

Soon after, another cave emerged at the base of the newly created dome that crowned the mountain.

A river formed from condensed energy of Aurema, the energy born from the extreme essence of positivity.

White, dense, and thick, the river of energy surged violently from the first cave and flowed into the cave of the mountainous dome structure within the newly formed dome.

In just a few moments, it appeared as though the river had always existed, naturally filling the dome as if it had flowed there since the dawn of time.

By no means was this an artificially created river of Aurema.

There were already countless rivers of Aurema flowing throughout heaven.

Damian had merely extended one that flowed within the mountain of the [Sanctum of Renewal], looping it seamlessly into the dome he had created.

He then activated several laws to perfect his creation, ensuring that it was completely in tune with the nature of the deepest region of this layer of the biblical heaven, without affecting the other layers.

Soon after, countless subtle adjustments occurred across everything he had created.

The changes were so profound and intricate that even his mother-in-law could not comprehend them.

The golden magic circle spinning above vanished, the [Infinity Essence] flowing from Damian’s body returned to him, and the overwhelming aura he had emitted disappeared as if it had never existed.

“It’s as if he suddenly became a human. I can’t sense anything from him. It’s like there’s nothing there, even with my godly senses,” Avanora, Damian’s mother-in-law, said with a shocked expression.

“I have never seen anyone with such absolute control over their energy and presence.”

“I’ll take that as a compliment,” Damian said as he landed in front of them.

“I don’t even use laws to suppress my presence. I can do it naturally. Besides, one of the effects of [Shadow Essence] is natural concealment. It automatically hides any form of energy within my body unless I deliberately release it,” Damian explained.

“Damn. That [Shadow Essence] sounds completely broken,” Ana muttered.

“Putting that aside,” Avanora continued, “the ability you just used to create that massive dome. Was that magic?”

“Yes. It’s my unique magic, which I call [Infinity Magic],” Damian said. “I can create anything with it, no matter how complex or enormous. I can even create souls, though doing so requires soul energy.”

“Of course, I didn’t rely solely on magic. Magic can only affect physical matter. I had to use various laws to fully integrate my creations with the environment. Otherwise, they would not become part of the natural order of heaven,” Damian added with a shrug.

“I still don’t understand,” Avanora said, frowning. “How can you use laws better than gods who wield divine concepts? Laws are merely the initial stage of divine concepts, something mastered on the path to godhood. Laws should not even be usable on their own, and even if they were, you would still need [Divine essence]. Yet you have not achieved godhood, and you should not possess divine essence.”

“I do have divine essence,” Damian replied with a small smile.

He raised his hand, and in the next instant, a sphere of energy condensed above his palm.

The energy was impossibly thick and radiant, a neon blend of gold and silver that never fully merged, with multicolored particles flowing endlessly around it.

This was the purest form of divine essence.

It was something no god, nor any being who had achieved godhood, could ever replicate.

“I have already explained how Infinity Essence came to be,” Damian continued. “It was created by encompassing the nature of countless forms of energy in existence. I can continue adding more energies to it, including Shadow Essence and Divine Essence. Each time I introduce a new energy, my Infinity Essence inherits all of its properties, amplified many times over.”

“So your Infinity Essence can function as an energy source for anything, regardless of the type required, and still produce stronger effects,” Avanora said, clapping her hands in realization.

“That explains how you can wield laws more effectively and powerfully than gods use divine concepts.”

“Son-in-law, how many laws have you mastered?” Avanora asked slowly.

She understood how godhood worked after all, she had once been a goddess herself and had gone through the entire process.

When a person achieved godhood, the laws they had mastered would transform into divine concepts.

That meant the laws Damian had mastered would become his divine concepts once he ascended.

“All of them,” Damian replied simply.

“What do you mean, all of them?” Avanora asked again, shock written across her face.

“Exactly what I said. I have mastered all the laws. I have already mastered the Laws of Negativity, Positivity, and Neutrality, along with several cosmic laws,” Damian replied.
