Chapter 733: Husband, Please Behave! (M)

Yes, leading.

How nice it would have been to lead instead. If he’d been leading, then maybe he could start with a massage, maybe even take things—

“Haa!”

Oh stars.

Luca’s hand shot out, slapping the wall as his body jolted. It was instinct. Pure survival. All because Xavier’s deft finger had flicked his unsuspecting nipple.

To think, he assumed he’d survive it if he could foresee it.

How naive was he?

And yet the prince didn’t stop there.

Considering the angle, his nearly frozen state, and his sea of consciousness in turmoil, Luca couldn’t understand how his husband could still zero in on his most sensitive spots.

Xavier had always known exactly where to touch, how to press, and exactly how to make him tremble. Of course, because it was the same person who had shown him the way.

The little guide hadn’t expected his husband’s rampaging body to remember it!

But he did. And he kept going at it.

That finger returned, this time tracing slowly over the same spot. It rolled the sensitive peak between the fingertip and the thumb, through the thin suit that clung too tightly to his skin. The pressure was just enough to drive him wild.

A twist.

A stroke.

A gentle press that made him arch before he could stop himself.

His breath hitched.

Luca’s mouth fell open with a soft sound, but he quickly slapped a hand over it, trying to keep it down. Trying to stay quiet even when no one else should be hearing them.

Not that he was successful.

His chest rose and fell too fast, his legs quivered, and he was barely keeping upright.

Xavier’s other hand had locked around his waist.

Firm. Unyielding. As if he anticipated even the thought of escape—and had no intention of ever letting him go.

Then, his mouth found the fumbling guide’s ear.

The moment that tongue touched the sensitive edge, Luca moaned.

It slipped out against his palm—desperate and soft.

“Nngh…”

Luca was so close to being undone.

But the worst part was that not only did he feel like fainting from pleasure, but he hadn’t even been able to guide like this!

The little guide knew that things had to change!

Especially after the frosted wolf found a new target.

His mouth trailed down to the curve of his flustered wife’s neck, cold lips pressing against the heat of flushed skin before his tongue flicked over that sensitive spot—the one that always made Luca’s defenses crumble.

The contrast was too much.

Luca’s hips bucked.

He didn’t mean to. But his body moved without permission, and that was when he felt it.

The solid, unmistakable hardness suddenly pressed flush against his backside.

“!!!”

“hhn…!”

His eyes widened.

And it was like someone flipped a switch in his brain.

All at once, memories surged—flashes of that book he’d read with his husband were suddenly front and center. Well, he didn’t actually read it, but he sure flipped through it, taking in as many images as he could manage.

Then again, there had really been no need to read it, just as he didn’t have to read all those stories about them, because Xavier had always had a way of realizing those words and images and showing him exactly how their reality was much better.

So his body couldn’t help but overheat.

His heart was a drum, and his face must have been scarlet. Probably everything that could turn red had already done so. But somewhere in that flustered heart of his, the little guide believed something absurd.

He could do it.

He could turn this around.

He just had to escape for a moment.

If he could just break free from Xavier’s grasp, then maybe he could lead instead. Or at least slow it down enough so he could guide properly.

So what could the small, desperate guide do?

He used the only sensible weapon in his arsenal.

He called out.

“Husband!” Luca cried, trying to inject every ounce of urgency into his voice.

It was not just a call. It was a plea. Because Xavier’s hand—his large, terrifyingly talented hand—was hovering dangerously close to the prominent heat straining against the front of the little guide’s body suit.

If Xavier touched it…

That would be it.

Game over.

Luca would likely pass out.

And if that happened, and a catastrophe broke out because the guide had passed out, surely the heavens would disqualify him from a third life.

But to his credit, the call worked.

Somehow, it pierced through the thick haze of madness. Maybe no one else would’ve believed that such a call would’ve gone through. But Luca believed, because he had utter faith in his beloved.

And so for just a second, Xavier paused.

That was all Luca needed.

In a burst of movement, his most sensitive parts now regrettably saved from being caressed and from being held hostage, Luca vanished.

He reappeared on the bed.

Victory, he thought. A clean escape. He even let out a breath of relief, like an innocent chipmunk who had narrowly dodged a falling tree.

But what the skittish animal didn’t realize was how scandalized the rampaging prince had become.

The sudden disappearance of that warmth—that soft, yielding body pressed to his—snapped something in Xavier’s mind.

Inside the capsule cabin, wild energy surged.

It rattled the shelves. Decorations fell. A panel nearly sparked.

Luca flinched at the chaos. He blinked and teleported again, grabbing Xavier with both arms around his waist.

“No! It’s alright! Everything will be alright!”

With a grunt and a burst of spiritual energy, he reappeared back on the bed, dragging Xavier along.

Only this time, he didn’t just bring him.

He pinned him.

Luca practically clambered right on top and pushed him down, sitting firmly across his hips to hold him still.

Xavier’s still stoic face blinked up at him as if stunned.

And then—slowly—the wild energy stilled.

Only when guiding energy once again flowed from Luca’s body did the rattling stop. As if even the madness in Xavier recognized the one person who could pull him back.

But the little guide, now hovering above his wolfish husband, was trembling.

Not from fear.

But from determination.

From the undeniable fact that something was about to happen, and he could no longer pretend otherwise.

From his toes to his ears, Luca shook.

Because he had a feeling that from this moment on, there would be no going back.

Not that Luca would ever want to turn back.
