Capítulo 1025: Chapter 1025 The Innocent Zen
Athena had completely taken control, leaving him utterly undone, and the memory of her riding him, pushing him to his limits… it made him feel weak, his knees almost buckling under the intensity of recalling her dominance.
“Athena, I’m telling you, stop playing with fire, or you’ll get burned, and when that happens, don’t blame me!” Zen growled through gritted teeth, his glare sharp, but somehow, it came off more like a rabbit baring its tiny teeth, making Athena’s heart skip a beat.
“Zen, I always thought you were a playboy… but to think you’re nothing more than an innocent little wolfdog,” she teased, letting her tongue trace her lips as she looked up at him, eyes sparkling with mischief. “It makes me feel even more tempted…”
Zen swallowed hard, the heat pooling in his lower abdomen betraying him. That familiar stir of desire, impossible to ignore, surged through him as he realized just how much his body was responding to her.
“Athena, I’m warning you…” Zen started, but before he could finish, Athena pressed her lips to his, sliding her tongue into his mouth. She moaned softly against him, her warmth and insistence swallowing his words.
Almost instinctively, Zen’s hands shot up, one clutching the seatbelt, the other gripping her neck, taking control of the kiss. He intercepted Athena’s wandering hand that was dangerously close to his hard cock, and held it firmly before letting go.
“Athena… this isn’t a good place to be naughty,” he said, his voice rough as he stared at her lips, glistening with the remnants of their kiss. She slowly licked them, deliberate, teasing, and Zen felt his body betray him, his hardness twitching inside his pants.
He wanted to curse, knowing she was doing it on purpose, yet he was far too caught up in her to stop, though admitting it would mean letting her win… again.
“What would be a better place then? Yours… or mine? Hmmm?” Athena teased, pushing her luck as she could feel the heat radiating from Zen’s body, the telltale signs of his growing desire. Years of experience had honed her instincts; she knew exactly how to draw a man in, and she was confident she could make Zen fold to her will.
“You… you!” Zen stammered, hiding his flushed face in his palm and looking away, adjusting his position to conceal the evidence of his arousal. He looked so innocent, so unbearably cute, that Athena couldn’t help but laugh aloud with delight.
There were so few truly innocent men out there, and to think she’d won the jackpot with this one, someone clearly tempted yet able to hold himself back, meant the world to her. She found herself liking him more and more.
Just then, as she settled back into her seat and fastened her seatbelt, the traffic finally began to move, and their little interlude had done its job, breaking the monotony of the traffic jam.
While Athena basked in her good mood, Zen could do nothing but retreat like a turtle into its shell, feeling like embarrassment might just kill him. After all, the dynamic between them felt completely reversed; he was supposed to be the one making the moves as the man, yet time and again, Athena ended up pinning him down.
He felt a full-blown identity crisis coming on. ‘Next time… I’ll take the lead,’ he promised himself, completely forgetting that he had just warned Athena not to be naughty.
Who would have thought that Athena would one day regret her mischievous antics? Her little canary would grow into a big, relentless bad wolf, never letting her out of his bed, until she could barely walk without him smugly trailing behind, grinning like a triumphant puppy who had finally bested her.
She would look back on the days when she teased him endlessly and realize, with no small amount of chagrin, that the roles had completely reversed and she could no longer shake him off like glue. One day, she might even mutter to herself, ‘I regret provoking this wolf in sheep’s clothing.’
But for now, Athena had no idea what the future held. She simply enjoyed teasing Zen, living life as she always had, blissfully unaware that Zen was silently cataloging every little provocation to use against her later.
Soon after, they arrived at the stadium parking lot for the debut concert. Cars were already packed in tight, with people bustling in every direction. Athena’s mint-green Bugatti Chiron immediately drew attention; the sleek curves and striking color made it the envy of every passerby.
Pulling into the VVIP section, she noticed countless eyes tracking her every move. Luckily, Hera had already directed her to the designated parking spot; with so many guests arriving, finding a space otherwise would have been impossible.
The VVIP lot was a showcase of luxury sports cars worth millions to tens of millions, driven by young heiresses and established celebrities alike. Athena couldn’t help but notice that many of these cars belonged to fans of Logan, whose good looks and talent had earned him an army of admirers.
As Athena pulled in, another car simultaneously approached the same spot. With one fluid hand, she expertly maneuvered the Chiron, skidding slightly before backing in like a seasoned professional. Smoothly parked, she looked outside, fully aware that all eyes were still on her.
‘That was hot,’ Zen thought as he watched Athena handle the wheel with one hand, her other hand resting casually on the gearshift. She moved with such confidence and ease that it was impossible not to stare.
But just as Athena slid neatly into the parking spot, the driver of another sports car slammed her door open in anger. She stormed toward Athena’s Bugatti, heels clicking sharply against the pavement, clearly furious that Athena had taken the slot first.
“Hey! Get out, that was my parking spot!” the blonde snapped as she stormed toward Athena’s car. Athena caught a glimpse of her in the side mirror: mini skirt, plunging V-neck top, legs for miles, and the attitude of a Barbie who’d just been told no for the first time. Trouble, clearly.
Still, Athena didn’t rush. She stepped out of her Bugatti with slow, unbothered grace, like a flower blooming on a mountaintop, serene and out of reach. And the moment she did, Zen completely forgot his earlier embarrassment. His worry spiked instead.
‘If this turns into a fight…’
Without hesitation, he got out too, moving to stand just a step behind her. She was his girlfriend now; there was no way he’d let anyone bully her while he was around.
So Zen instinctively stepped in front of Athena, shielding her with a protective stance. Athena shot him a quick look, but she maintained her cool, unbothered expression, determined to show the approaching girl that she wasn’t someone who could be pushed around, with or without Zen.
In truth, she was only imitating Hera’s signature poker-faced confidence, but she felt it worked well enough, so she held onto it.
The other girl, however, only grew more furious. First, Zen was ridiculously handsome, and a celebrity—and seeing him defend Athena felt like a humiliating slap to her face. It made her feel like she was being treated as some kind of wild animal ready to attack anyone in sight, when in reality, she was just furious and needed to vent before she burst from sheer anger.
“That was my parking spot! Get out and find your own!” she snapped.
“Miss, I think you completely misunderstood how the parking works here.” Athena drawled, her voice dipped in sarcasm as she leaned slightly to the side to peek from behind Zen. The corner of her lips curled into a smug, mocking smile. “If you’re a VVIP guest, you’d have a designated parking slot based on your ticket. It’s not a first-come, first-served free-for-all…”
Her tone hit the girl right on her sore spot. The woman’s face tightened, fury blazing in her eyes as her fingers curled into a trembling fist, as if she was fighting the urge to launch herself at Athena and claw her face off.
Then she snapped.
“I said this is my parking spot, so it’s mine!” she shrieked, her voice cracking with rage. “Get out of there before I have you kicked out of this venue!”
“Why? Is this your stadium now?” Athena shot back, dripping with sarcasm. “Did your family buy the entire place? Or did they just purchase this one parking spot?”
“You—! You—!” The girl sputtered, pointing a shaking finger at Athena, who only stuck her tongue out in response.
Zen sighed. Before the situation could explode, he turned and clamped a gentle hand over Athena’s mouth, stopping her from provoking the girl any further. He could practically feel the other woman’s temper spiraling, and the last thing he wanted was for her to do something reckless.
“Alright, alright. Athena, enough.” Zen whispered, leaning down so only she could hear. “Let’s just settle this. The others are waiting for us.”
