System's POV - Chapter 1375
Capítulo 1375: The Promised Land [Part 2]
“Zion, can you explain what’s going on right now?” Euphemia asked, doing her best to keep her lips from twitching.
The teenage boy was currently in the arms of the giant Honey Badger, making it hard for her to hold a decent conversation.
The reason?
Well, the giant monster was a Celestial after all. And based on how it treated Zion, they seemed to be extremely close to each other.
Cranky paid no attention to Euphemia and simply sat while holding his best friend to his chest. After reverting to his original form, the Honey Badger seemed to return to its natural instinct of treating Zion as his hug pillow.
“Welcome to the Valbarra Archipelago,” Thirteen replied. “I have no idea why the portal led to this place, but I can at least guarantee that this is a safe place to live.
The King of the Tigerkins, the Barbarian King, the Ogre King, the Troll King, and the Orc King, as well as the various leaders of the different races of the archipelago, had all gathered upon hearing the summons of the caretaker looking after the Hero’s Monument.
Now that they had come, all of them felt anxious at the presence of three High Archons.
If not for the fact that their two Guardian Deities, namely Zion and Cranky, were also here, they probably would’ve acted more servile towards the Beastkins who suddenly appeared in their domain.
Thirteen didn’t hide anything and told the various Kings and Chieftains about the current situation of the continent.
Even Cranky slightly paid close attention to Thirteen’s words, knowing that his best friend wouldn’t spout nonsense during this important time.
“The Valbarra Archipelago is a big place, so I’m sure they can build their own city in a spot considered beneficial for everyone,” Thirteen stated.
“Having them around will also increase the fighting strength of the area. If ever the mainland starts an invasion, you’d have an easier time fending them off.”
With a Celestial and three High Archons, as well as Thrones, to defend the Valbarra Archipelago, they would indeed be powerful enough to potentially hold up against the army of a Celestial.
This also put the various Kings and Chieftains at ease since they were personally introduced to them by Zion.
By now, he had become a symbol of hope, courage, and boldness among their people.
In fact, the important festivals of the different races were now held close to the Hero’s Monument, having developed a belief that they would receive good luck if they did so.
It also felt safer since Cranky, their strongest protector, often napped nearby.
Thanks to their frequent celebration of Zion and Cranky’s victory against Arundel the Destroyer, the Honey Badger had also grown to tolerate the presence of people better.
After the leaders held a meeting of their own, the Beastkins decided to build a city only a short distance away from the Monument of Heroes.
This proposal was widely accepted by the other leaders as that would make it easier for them to find lodging, as well as other services, after doing their pilgrimage.
Since the Hero’s Monument was built on the very battlefield where the armies of the Valbarra Archipelago and Arundel’s Forces once clashed, constructing a city there would revitalize a land left barren by war.
Sustaining an economy wouldn’t be troublesome either as the pilgrims would definitely treat the new Fortuna City as a stopover.
It was a win-win for everyone, and everyone was happy.
The Beastkins were also able to breathe a sigh of relief. They were warmly welcomed by the locals, putting their minds at ease.
Soon, temporary houses and tents were set up, making it look like a festival was being held near the Monument of Heroes.
Stella didn’t need to build a tent of her own since Thirteen allowed her to rest inside Rocky’s Mobile Fortress.
She readily accepted this offer and bid him goodbye.

Inside one of the log cabins inside the Mobile Fortress…
Stella sighed for the umpteenth time as she gazed at the golden thread fluttering from her pinky finger.
She had only seen this phenomenon when she had held the Key of Lust they had acquired from Fortuna City.
Even now, she didn’t know what to do after seeing the golden string connected to Zion’s finger.
But a part of her already understood what it signified.
She then closed her eyes to take a nap. However, she suddenly found herself in a place that seemed real and not real at the same time.
“What’s this?” A gorgeous woman whose beauty could bring the downfall of entire empires said with a smile. “I didn’t expect to receive a visit today.”
The woman wore skimpy clothing, and a glance would be enough to make any guy fall into their knees in worship of her beauty.
“Aunt Eros?” Stella blinked once then twice after seeing her “Aunt,” who was also the Goddess of Lust.
“The one and only.” Eros giggled before waving her hand, teleporting Stella to a chair right beside her. “Well, then. To what do I owe this visit?”
Stella didn’t even think of visiting her Aunt, so she really had no idea what she was doing in her domain.
“Judging by your look, it seems that you wandered here unintentionally, correct?” Eros asked.
Stella nodded. “Yes. I don’t know why I’m suddenly here. But of course, I’m happy to see you again, Aunt Eros.”
“Good.” Eros smirked before rubbing her chin. “It seems you possess something that has a connection with me.”
Stella then felt the key in her hand resonate a bit, giving her an idea on why she suddenly appeared in the Celestial Realm.
“As expected, it’s the Key of Lust I gave Pandora in the past.” Eros immediately recognized the key in the young lady’s hand. “Hmm, can you tell me how you got it and if you’re seeing any guy as of late? Don’t worry. Aunty will help you win his heart! Even if he is a rock, I can make it happen!”
Stella blinked once, then twice, after hearing her Aunt’s words. Frankly, she didn’t believe that Zion would be affected by lust since even the powerful aphrodisiac failed to take hold of his senses. Although the teenage boy was affected by it, he remained unbudging like a rock.
After a few attempts to make her talk, the Goddess of Lust finally succeeded.
Stella then told her a tale of a teenage boy who held the key to bring colors back to her life.

A/N: I may need to take a two to three days break from writing, or I might just write one chapter a day depending on my condition. Frankly, my chest is too tight as if I’m about to have a heart attack.
That’s why I apologize in advance, but if I’m feeling better tomorrow, or the day after, I’ll at least try to write a chapter for you guys.
