Capítulo 1358: Happy Reunion [Part 1]

“This guy is mine. Any objections?” Paimon asked, her foot heavily pressing on the head of the unconscious Valac, who was ganged up on earlier.

“No objections.” Camazotz chuckled.

Thirteen originally planned to make Valac his subordinate since Tiona could suppress him.

But it looked like Paimon held a deep grudge against the Majin Prince, so he decided to let her have her way.

“Ah, by the way, Thirteen, I plan to make Sahard your subordinate,” Camazotz replied. “I can’t always be with you, so you should have a Majin Prince-level subordinate to intimidate others. He can also fly, so he works well as a mount.”

Thirteen blinked due to the unexpected present that Camazotz wished to give him.

“Raising you has not been in vain,” Thirteen said to the Death Bat, who only laughed at his words.

Although people might think of what the teenage boy had said to be ridiculous, Camazotz knew that he was right.

He had grown so much after spending time with the teenage boy whom he thought of as a pushover when the latter first appeared in the Domain of the Apocalypse.

But now, the two of them were joined at the hips, and Camazotz would fight anyone to the death, even if they were a Majin King, just to protect the leader of their original trinity.

“Thank you, Camazotz.”

“You’re welcome!”

“Ah, I’m not going to return the Carrion Lord, okay?” Thirteen stated. “I need more slaves—errr, manpower at this dangerous time.”

Camazotz laughed out loud but decided to humor his friend and agreed to let him keep Harron as his subordinate.

“So we each get one Majin Prince as a subordinate huh?” Paimon smiled happily. “Not bad! I’m sure those in the Order are turning green from envy.”

“Hahaha!” Camazotz was very happy at the thought of his happiness making others feel bitter and salty.

That was the best feeling ever!

Camzotz’s and Paimon’s army also dealt with the small fries of the Majin Princes’ armies. However, they spared those who chose to surrender and planned to integrate them to their own armies.

The Wanderers were also happy because killing Jinns always rewarded them with good items and Avatars.

Of course, they wouldn’t say this out loud, especially since their Supreme Commander was happily chatting with Camazotz and Paimon, who could all slap them into meat paste if they were to annoy them by mistake.

A few hours after the battle ended, Paimon took the Wanderers to the makeshift camp that the three armies used while waiting for their arrival.

Since they’d had a long journey and even participated in a war between the Jinns, they decided to rest early.

During this time, Thirteen convened Roland, Derek, and the three Champions, as well as his two allies, Camazotz and Paimon.

“I’ll be leaving with Camazotz at noon tomorrow,” Thirteen stated. “And we should expect to see a notice that we have failed a mission in a month or two. If you see this message, please don’t panic. This is the only way for us to survive.

“Paimon here is our ally, and she will send Jar Jar and a few of her elite subordinates to accompany you in your journey. Lastly, I want you guys to remember two things.”

Thirteen eyed the Wanderers with a serious expression before raising a finger.

“The number one location you must never go near is the location of the Celestial Army,” Thirteen stated. “If they found you by chance, just say that you were just looking for the nearest human settlement because you got lost in the wild.

“You are young and pose no threat to them, so they might just ignore you and let you go on your way. Also, you will definitely get second, a third, a fourth, and a fifth mission. But you should just ignore all of those and just try your best to find the nearest human city.

“I will catch up to you when I’m done with what I need to do. Until then, just focus on staying alive. Do I make myself clear?”

Roland, Derek, and the three Champions nodded in understanding.

Roland and Derek were already used to Zion hanging out with Majin Prince and Princess, Archons, and Celestials, but the three Champions were not.

The mere thought of being in the same room as a Majin Prince and a Majin Princess was enough to make them feel anxious.

“What if we are given the sixth mission?” Roland asked.

“When the sixth mission appears, you are to head in that location as fast as you can,” Thirteen replied. “That will be the turning point for this world, so all of you must be there to witness it with your own eyes.”

The teenage boy paused for a bit before adding something else. Although the probability of it happening was low, the possibility still existed.

“If you ever meet someone who has the name Dantanian, tell him that Zion Leventis is looking for him,” Thirteen added. “If he asks why he should look for me, just say that I have a way to stop Zaphiel from achieving his goal.”

“Wait, Master. Are you talking about THAT Dantanian?” Derek blinked. “The Fiend with Many Faces?”

“That’s right.” Thirteen nodded. “I’m talking about him.”

Derek scratched his head. “But how can we know that it’s him?”

“You won’t,” Thirteen replied. “But if you meet someone who’s traveling on his own and seems like a happy-go-lucky fellow, ask him if he is Dantanian. He likes to mingle with Wanderers, so there is an extremely small chance that he will cross your path.”

Of course, Thirteen didn’t mention that Roland was a Hero and was susceptible for faithful encounters.

Although he had asked The One to send Sherry, Erica, and Shana near Dantanian’s location, there was a chance that the God of Wanderers sent them to other places that suited their skill set better.

Since he had already told his lovers what to do if they met Dantanian, the chances of the Wandering Fiend looking for him would increase.

In order for his end-game plan to work, he needed to find Dantanian or let Dantanian find him.

It was a very tricky situation, but Thirteen didn’t have the time to look for the Fiend with Many Faces.

He needed to go to the Fortunate Isles and secure one of the Divine Keys, which would prevent Zaphiel and his allies from opening Pandora’s treasury.

What Thirteen wished to do is to buy time.

With the key in his hand, the Celestials and Fiends would certainly do their best to find him and take it off his hands.

But that was fine.

The initiative would be in Thirteen’s hands, and he would not be playing a passive role.

After the meeting ended, Thirteen, Camazotz, and Paimon headed to the Domain of the Apocalypse together, where they found Metatron humming while trimming his bonsai plants.

“Where is everyone?” Camazotz asked. “I just checked the common room and the conference room, but not a single one of them is present.”

The Death Bat wanted to annoy others by bragging about the Majin Princes that he, Paimon, and Thirteen had caught earlier.

“Ah, those guys might not return here for a while,” Metatron said. “They got so pissed off in seeing Camazotz get strong subordinates that they asked me to give them the same treatment.

“I agreed to their request, so by now, they are probably busy waging war on their neighbors to take in their enemies as new subordinates.”

The corner of Camazotz’s lips twitched because it seemed that his plan had backfired on him.

Suddenly, Thirteen sensed a presence in his personal domain within the Order of the Apocalypse.

He didn’t hesitate to go there to check who had come and was pleasantly surprised to see Sherry, Erica, and Shana waiting for him.

“Zion!” Sherry hurriedly jumped into the teenage boy’s arms, prompting the latter to catch her.

Erica and Shana approached Thirteen calmly, but both of them were also very happy to see him at this time.

The three of them had rings that could allow them to travel to the Domain of the Apocalypse anytime they wanted.

He had asked his lovers to go to his domain if they needed to tell him something important or if they needed a place to hide if ever their lives were in danger.

But seeing that the three of them looked calm and happy, he assumed that they might have just taken the chance to check if they could find him at this time.
