“What the hell was that?” They all felt as if their spirits had been shaken by that voice alone, even the spirits of the powerful.
“W-where do you say? You really are blind…” Although the one speaking to her tried to hide the fear he had felt, he couldn’t help but stutter and couldn’t even formulate what he wanted to say correctly, for suddenly he began to feel a much more terrifying coldness and Alice’s figure changed.
She began to float a little. “Yes. I asked, where are they? I want to see them too.”
Her sententious voice activated the spirit that had been enveloping the surroundings for a while, and with a gesture of her hand, the wind that had penetrated to the bone marrow of her enemies began to flash from all their bodies.
“AHHHHH!”
“HELP—AHHHHHHH!”
Screams of agony began to ring out from all sides as this wind began to explode them one after another.
And these screams were the beginning of the terrible agony that was coming their way.
Suddenly, the sky lit up with hundreds of explosive fire spells.
The leaders looked up in shock. “What the hell is that?”
It looked as if hundreds of suns were falling on them at an alarming speed. They hadn’t even finished understanding what was happening to their soldiers, nor did they understand why their bodies were shaking with intense pain inside, when the fear of being blown to pieces overwhelmed them.
But no one had time to react.
Those spells fell to the ground like real meteorites and the explosions began, the screams of agony, terror, and uncertainty covering the men who were at the front.
In less than 5 minutes, two rounds of explosive spell attacks and the use of the spirit of the wind in the first instance, more than 50,000 men had died.
Alice hadn’t even moved, and death had already surrounded the battlefield.
“Damn it, attack, there are more enemies on the other side of the mountains!” shouted one of the leaders, regaining command as quickly as he could.
But the reality was that Alice’s onslaught had barely begun.
Her hands moved slightly and her sword cut through the air in front of her, allowing her to create a huge windstorm in the midst of the large armies. This wind was black and began to sweep away everything in its path.
Meanwhile, the third wave of explosive attacks resounded once again.
Although there was chaos, all of these belonged to the army. They were prepared to attack at any moment, even if many of their own had died in an instant.
Magic began to fly from the human side as well, and the leaders and both pillars moved to intercept Alice.
The magic flying above her did not concern her in the least. Alice simply focused on what mattered.
What was in front of her.
“You know, humans and traitorous vampires,” she said suddenly. “Your biggest mistake was starting a war. It seems you forgot that, in war, Dietrich’s Heir will shine brightly and embark on a path of slaughter… just what a vampire needs.”
Her growth ability began to use the blood of her victims to help her grow, just as she had done during this month of war.
She had grown stronger than ever, and now another round of strengthening was coming.
And finally, her foot moved forward to greet her enemies with a brutal sword swing, just as the first rays of the dark sun appeared, shining above her head.
“Today I will teach you Alice Allen’s way of killing. Welcome to my territory,” she said, and then shouted, “Arise, Great Spirit of the Wind of the Abyss, and unleash your fury upon our enemies!”
With her sword striking the leaders and the pillars that sought to intercept her, and with the sudden heat that overwhelmed them when they felt the sun’s rays piercing their flesh terribly, she drew a deadly arc.
And it was completed by the terrifying cold that came from the center of the previous death.
This cold slowly transformed, using the bodies affected by the wind of the abyss, into an enormous beast of great magnitude that did not seem to have a real physical form.
It was a giant of wind that had no head or feet, but it had a deep life and a powerful presence.
The appearance of such a gigantic creature created fear in the human army, many of whom were powerful magicians and skilled individuals.
Those with domains tried to activate them to kill it, but that beast was unaffected. In fact, even though it had no legs, it began to walk.
Although it had no eyes, it was watching each of these little creatures die in its presence.
It was a spiritual entity, but it had taken shape thanks to the bodies of its victims, and now it was time for it to show the true power of the Wind of the Abyss.
Its body began to expand and swallow everything in its path, causing it to grow even larger.
From a distance, although the leaders tried to do something, the heat that invaded them and Alice’s strength prevented them from moving.
“You… Who the hell are you?”
Alice looked at the one who asked this question and then, after thinking for a moment, smiled.
“I’m just a woman facing an army.”
“Have you ever heard? History has called us… heroes. It has called us… brave. It has even called us… great.”
“But you can call me Alice, the Master of the Spiritual Abyss.”
Suddenly, she made her sword float in the air and released it.
Her arms opened wide, as if she wanted to embrace someone, and she held the small portal that seemed to have a slight green color in the darkness.
“Spirit of the Poison of the Abyss. I will answer your call today. Show me your power, and someday I will give you what you want. I swear by my name as the Master of the place where you reside, I will give you the body you desire.”
“It is time for the world to know the true meaning of poison.”
Her words echoed across the battlefield, spreading to every corner and even reaching the ears of her allies who were defending themselves from the magic falling on them from behind.
“Is she summoning another spirit?” Several women couldn’t help but stop paying attention to what was in front of them and instead stared at Alice, eager to see what she wanted to do…
It seemed that it was time to make history.
