Capítulo 1266: Roadmap to greatness

The moment Kent arrived in the Sword Tower, he retrieved the [Jade Void Wings] and placed them before him. It had three pairs, meaning the left wing had three and the right also had three, making six in total.

Looking at the silver shine on the dark metallic jade wings, Kent couldn’t help but wonder just what would happen to his dragon wings when he fused with them.

He wasnt even concerned about the origin of the wings. He is more focused on what would become of his own wings.

“I am probably overthinking this, but with my dragon wings almost metallic, wouldn’t this add the metal I am lacking, thereby making me have metal wings from henceforth?”

Kent said, a chuckle following.

The last couple of days had been wild.

He got to battle immortals—even if they were sorry excuses for immortals—and even created a legendary Soul Warrior that could go toe to toe with a Root Immortal.

He also seemed to have unlocked a new aspect of cultivating his soul, and an even bigger boon since he could now break at least three more limits on each of his attributes.

He had already broken 12—three each: body, mind, soul, and cultivation.

However, with this new way of cultivating his soul, now that he had reached level 3 Heavenly Ascension and Tier 19 in soul cultivation, he was eligible to break 12 more, three for each.

Now, lying before him was a wing he seemed to have some familiarity with, yet he couldn’t make sense of where that familiarity was coming from.

But that is beside the point. His focus is more on how fast his speed will become when he is already super fast.

[The master is already faster than a Death Stage warrior. The master can even go toe to toe with a Root Immortal that has formed their first Immortal Qi if he uses all 120,000 flame veins.

So if the master were to fuse with the Jade Void Wings, the chance of you surpassing even Spirit Immortal and matching Core Immortal in speed isn’t impossible.

Of course, this is just my assumption. The master is known to turn small things into big ones, so anything can happen.]

Kent smiled and nodded to the encouraging words of the tower. He indeed tended to make things big when they were only meant to be small.

Of course, the last time he checked, he was much more dangerous in his real dragon form. This meant that with these new wings, there was no telling what was possible or impossible.

Still, Kent couldn’t get his mind off what Vexthra said.

The idea that to get to Elina, he would have to face immortals as strong as True Immortals was just too absurd.

He had an appointment with [Fate] in less than five years. Vexthra had already warned him that he should be careful when dealing with Fate. He tended to be tricky and wicked most of the time.

However, now, he would have to face another level of danger simply because one of his destinies was trapped on the other side of the galaxy.

“Tower, be honest with me. Even if I fuse with this wing and somehow manage to saturate my two cores, what are my chances of making it to Elina’s galaxy in one piece?” Kent asked, already prepared to hear that his chances were next to zero.

However, what the tower said took him aback.

[Master, one of my abilities is to find ways for the master to break through his shackles. So far, the master has made so much progress. However, there is still room for improvement.

This is also why I believe the master is not only ready, but he will always rise to the occasion when the time comes.

For now, I have created a list of five things the master must accomplish over the next five years to be prepared for what is coming.

First, the master must saturate both cores and store about 500,000 blood essence for emergencies.

Second, the master must break 36 limits. You have already accomplished 12; you have 24 more left to go.

Third, the master must add 30,000 more flame veins to the 120,000 already created. This is a must if the master wants to match the speed of a True Immortal.

Fourth, the master must awaken at least 90,600 blood runes (seals). This can be accomplished through two additional blood-cleansing baths. The master had already awakened 55,600 blood seals.

Lastly, the master must awaken his Chaos Heart. This means the master must undergo his first Dragon Tribulation as a mortal.

If the master can accomplish these five things, then the first form of the [Claw Art] can be learned, and the master will have the trump card he can use to face even True Immortals.]

Kent never expected the tower to be this thorough with preparations for his upcoming mission. It seemed the tower was even more worried than he was, so she had created the roadmap for him to follow.

“You really think I can form a Chaos Heart as a mortal?” Kent asked. One of the reasons the Chaos Dragon was destructive was due to several factors. However, the most important of them was the Chaos Heart.

From the memories Kent had recovered so far about Chaos, he had formed two [Chaos Hearts].

This allowed him to not only recover his energy much more quickly, but he could tap into the true Chaos Energy of his bloodline.

It made him chaotic and very dangerous by all standards during his time in the Blood System.

So Kent knew that if he managed to form a Chaos Heart, perhaps passing through the Star Gateway wouldn’t be impossible.

[Anything is possible, master. We just have to work hard to find the right opportunities and grab them. I have already prepared a roadmap and even started finding ways to get them much faster before your next meeting with Fate.]

“Thank you, tower.”

[I am here to help the master grow into who he is meant to be.]

Kent knew the path to becoming a True Primordial would be harrowing. But he believed one day, he would make it. As to how, he knew it would be through pain and suffering,

But he would endure if it meant protecting what he loved and cared for.

Kent brought the Void Liquid that Vexthra gave him close to his mouth and gulped it down. The moment he did, the wings vibrated, sending ripples all over the Sword Tower.

Although the eye couldn’t see, tiny void cracks appeared wherever the ripple passed. Suddenly, without Kent even doing anything, the wings slowly rose from the ground and hovered on Kent’s back.

An insane amount of Void Energy suddenly started pouring out from it, instantly shattering the void around Kent. Then they began circling him.

[The master shouldn’t move.]

Kent nodded and remained seated in his lotus posture as the wings circled around. After a few minutes moving around him, they stopped but kept releasing powerful void energy.

Suddenly, all six wings turned into dark orbs, and as if they meant to hurt him, they slammed into his back and vanished into his body.

Kent only felt a tap on his back at first. However, a few seconds after the orbs entered his body, the pain came.
