Martial Arts Worlds - Chapter 814
Capítulo 814: Tearful Reunion
In that moment, a rope fell from the flying ship, and Jock slid down it all the way to the ground.
He saw the Purple Cobras and didn’t hesitate, and kicked at Rooker, who blocked it with his baseball.
Bang!
“Huh?”
Rooker frowned.
“Jock!”
Cleo shouted happily.
“…”
Jock looked with anger at Rock, then kicked off the baseball and landed beside Shiro with a cold look in his eyes.
“…Rather good timing, Jock. What the hell is up with that flying ship?”
Shiro asked.
“We don’t have time to talk about that. How the hell are we going to deal with this bastard?”
Alpha asked angrily as he stared at Rooker.
“We don’t have anything to worry about.”
Jock said with a smile.
In that moment, Julian landed on the roof of the dojo building and locked his gaze on Rooker, and his aura crashed at him like a tidal wave.
“Ugh… Martial Emperor?”
Rooker’s back turned cold with sweat, and he could tell that Julian’s aura was even greater than his.
While Rooker was stuck at the Low Stage Martial Emperor, Julian was already at the High Stage, so they weren’t even close to the same level of strength.
At that moment, Renette also came down from the flying ship and floated over the Purple Cobra students with the help of her wings.
Martial Redemption’s students looked at her with shocked expressions, as they never knew she could fly.
“Jock, where have you been?!”
Cleo ran over to Jock and grabbed his hand, and Jock was able to tell that her hand was shaking in fear.
She was really afraid when Rooker and his students came.
“You’ll see… We have a special visitor.”
Jock said with a smile and looked at the flying ship.
In that moment.
Someone slid down the rope and landed at the stone yard, and his gray hair billowed in the air like a flag waving in the wind.
He straightened his back, and his tall and muscular figure overshadowed Rooker, who flinched like a frightened cat.
“…Eh?”
Cleo’s eyes shook, and at that moment, tears started falling from her eyes, and she wasn’t the only one.
The students looked at his mighty back, and they couldn’t control their tears as they just kept falling.
“M-Master…?”
Shiro whispered with his eyes turning wet with tears, and his lips trembled, and he really couldn’t believe his eyes.
They all thought they were dreaming!
He was supposed to be dead, so what is he doing here?!
“What business do you have here?”
Kiernan asked coldly.
“…Y-Y-Y-You are supposed to be dead… A GHOST!”
Rooker fell down, and his trousers turned wet with piss, and his students looked horrified, like they had seen a ghost.
It didn’t matter that Kiernan had lost his power. He still had the aura of a Living Martial God, and it was something that no ordinary people could handle.
“…Twisted Amnesia!”
He went through them all, chopping their necks, and they all dropped unconscious, even Rooker.
The level of his martial arts had evolved. It was at the level that even Unranked such as himself could damage a Martial Emperor!
It would have been impossible before, but Kiernan had transcended the concept of martial arts, and his Iron Style was now, and forever, unmatched!
‘This Twisted Amnesia is not the same… I hit them hard enough for all their memories to be completely erased.
‘They won’t even know who they are.’
Kiernan thought.
And then, he turned to look at his crying students, and at that moment, they all lunged at him and hugged him tightly.
“MASTER!”
Cleo cried with snot flying off her nose. It was like she had turned back to her old fifteen-year-old self.
And when she felt Kiernan’s large hand on her head, she wept even harder, tears streaming down her face.
“…Where is…my family?”
Kiernan asked, almost choking on his words.
It also made him emotional to see his students again and see them so overwhelmed with emotion.
He wanted to stay with them longer, but for now, his priority was to see Aoi and the daughter, whom he had never met.
“They… Sniff… Have gone to your mom’s and dad’s place… I got the address for you!”
Cleo said while struggling to speak since she was still crying.
“Yes, please.”
Kiernan said with a smile.
They finally released from the tight hug, and they stormed him with questions—where had he been, how was Dead World, and what happened?
Jock and Julian were the ones to answer to those questions, as they knew that Kiernan had something more pressing on his mind.
“Here, master!”
Cleo handed Kiernan a letter, which he took a quick glance at, and then thanked Cleo before boarding the flying ship again.
The red-skinned prisoners stayed behind in Montrael, and with only him on the ship, Kiernan activated the flying ship’s booster.
The flying ship sped off into the distance.
…
Splash! Splash!
On the shore of a small island, some interesting-looking rainbow-scaled fish moved underwater and looked like they were dancing to an unknown rhythm.
“…They look tasty.”
Baru said.
“Don’t!”
Daisy and Ellie shouted.
They were about to attack Baru if he even thought about snatching those beautiful fishes, which they didn’t want anyone to eat.
“You two are no fun…”
Baru pouted and started walking back to the village.
“Hey, wait for me!”
Daisy sprinted after him, but Ellie stayed behind to look at the pretty fishes and smiled at the sight of them.
In that moment, a shadow fell over, and she looked up to the sky and saw a flying ship… high in the sky.
“Whoah…”
She whispered.
In that moment, a rope came down from the flying ship, and someone slid down it and landed on the ground.
Ellie couldn’t catch his face properly but could see his gray hair and the glint of a wedding ring on his finger.
“…”
At that moment, Kiernan turned around to look at her. His eyes seemed too wide. And he slowly started to approach her.
Ellie shrank at the sight of the stranger.
“Hello, little girl, do you know where Aoi Hunter might be staying?”
Kiernan asked.
“…Why… are you looking for mom?”
She asked shyly and grabbed the corners of her dress shortly and didn’t notice that Kiernan’s eyes had turned round in shock.
“…Mom?”
Kiernan gulped and then crouched before the little girl and softly asked.
“What is your name?”
“…E-Ellie…”
