I Can Assimilate Everything - Chapter 510
Chapter 510: One With Existence! II
Standing within the incandescent pillar of platinum light that marked his ascension into Pre-Civilizational Existence, Level Zero, Tier 1, Achilles felt… paradoxical.
He felt as light as a feather unbound by gravity, yet simultaneously as dense and massive as an entire Star Sea.
It was the sensation of potential energy so vast it negated its own inertia. He could move with unfathomable ease, a thought translating instantly into relocation across conceptual distances, yet his very existence now held an immense, undeniable weight that made the space around him pay profound attention.
In this new state, amidst the swirling potentials of his transcended Regulations – Quantum, Spatial Tension, Inevitable Entropy, now all existing as fundamental aspects of his being – one resonated with a particular, primal intimacy. The Void.
The aggressive absence he had dared to Assimilate. It felt less like a tool he wielded and more like… home. Like the original silence from which his new weavings could emerge.
His focus shifted, coalescing around this Authority that felt most intrinsic to his unbound state. A whisper, yet a command that shook the foundations of non-existence, echoed from his core.
“One With The Void.”
…!
He had achieved the state of One With Existence for multiple Regulations, a unification that blurred the line between wielder and wielded until only the principle itself remained, expressed through his will.
But activating it, choosing to become it after reaching Level Zero… it was an utterly different, unfathomable sensation!
HUUM
It was…an implosion followed by an infinite expansion. Achilles felt his Dream Body, his very consciousness, dissolve into… absence. He didn’t become darkness; he became the lack of light. He didn’t become silence; he became the negation of sound. He exploded outwards, not as energy or matter, but as pure, absolute Void.
And the heavy authorities, the crushing narrative weight, the combined oppressive power of the three Tier 1 Level Zero Scale Nar’Thyss that had been bearing down on him, simply… ceased.
They disappeared. Not blocked, not deflected, not even Unmade.
They simply encountered the absolute absence that was now Achilles, and found nothing to press against. Like waves crashing against a shore that suddenly wasn’t there, their power dissipated into the infinite negation he had become.
It couldn’t hold the weight of The Void because The Void had no weight; it was the concept against which weight was measured.
The sensation was… total!
But because this was the first time he had truly unleashed it after his ascension, because he hadn’t yet grasped the terrifying scale of his new existence… he didn’t quite know his limits. Before he knew it, before his consciousness could fully adjust to the perspective shift, he had expanded far beyond the immediate battlefield.
Half of Star Sea Beta-13 was engulfed.
He felt it all. The stars, caught within his non-space, their light struggling to propagate through absence. The Realms, pockets of curated reality, feeling the chill of negation seep through their dimensional boundaries. The suns, their nuclear fires sputtering against the encroaching nothingness. The Planes of Existence, their narrative structures flickering as they brushed against the ultimate anti-narrative.
And amidst it all, he sensed them. The three Tier 1 Level Zero Scale Nar’Thyss – Elara, Va’thos, Xylar.
They roared with incandescent bursts of their own authority, shining brilliantly within the blanket of endless darkness he had cast. Their world-sized bodies blazed, Elara’s purple, Va’thos’s red, Xylar’s blue, their Existential Authority of Fables wrapping around them like desperate shields against the encroaching negation.
From their perspective, they were suddenly, utterly alone, blanketed and surrounded by an endless, suffocating darkness.
It was not The Void outside Star Seas they were familiar with as this one held…cognizance!
They could not see each other. They could not hear each other. Their narrative senses, which stretched across light-years, found only static, only absence. Communication was severed. They were isolated beings trapped in an infinite void!
And here, in the heart of that self-created nothingness, Achilles couldn’t help but smile. A smile made of absence, a smile woven from negation.
In this state, truly One With The Void, his perception sharpened in unexpected ways.
He looked at Elara, Va’thos, and Xylar not just as massive forms blazing with power, but as concepts, as structures within existence.
And he saw something new. Faintly shimmering around their immense forms, like ghostly echoes, were… broken chains. Fragments of the very Limitations they themselves must have shattered to reach the Level Zero Scale.
They had broken free, ascended, but the memory of their limitation, the scar tissue of their struggle against the cosmic order, remained etched onto their fundamental being.
He looked at them, these faint, broken chains clinging to the beings who thought themselves unbound. He felt the resonance within himself, the echo of the Aspect of Limitation he had Assimilated.
He had broken his own chains. He had consumed their essence. He understood, now, the concept of being bound.
His mind, operating with the cold clarity of the Void, buzzed with an epiphany, a thought so deliciously, terrifyingly simple that it felt like discovering a new fundamental law of cruelty.
‘If I Assimilated the Aspect of Limitation… if I understand its nature… if I can break my own chains…’
The thought coalesced, sharp and perfect as a shard of obsidian.
‘…could I not impose Limitations on others? Could I not… reform the shackles they already broke? Could I not chain them again?!’
WAA!
The epiphany resonated through the Void state Achilles had become, a concept colder and sharper than any physical blade.
He looked, through the infinite non-space he now occupied, at the faint, shimmering remnants of broken chains clinging to the blazing auras of Elara, Va’thos, and Xylar.
The Void around him seemed to hum with a new, terrible potential. Breaking his own chains had required force, initially theirs, then his own amplified by the assimilated fragments.
But imposing chains? That wasn’t about force; it was about understanding the structure of Limitation and applying it. He held the conceptual key, the assimilated knowledge of how shackles were forged in the metaphysics of existence!
A cold, predatory smile formed within the heart of his Void state. The three Nar’Thyss, trapped in darkness and raging impotently, had no idea!
—
While his other body fought against three monsters, his body in The Void looked at Rose.
Truly looked at her worried figure that was looking back at him!
His new perception bypassed her physical form, piercing straight to the conceptual reality of her being. He saw them on her immediately as well..the same chains of Limitations that had once shackled him.
But hers were not the brittle bindings he had shattered. Rose’s chains were thicker, heavier, and more solid; colossal, rusted anchors of impossibility that seemed fused to the very fabric of the Void.
She was still ways off from the next scale, and these chains were the absolute proof, locking her into a more defined, limited existence.
But…he felt like he could still break them.
An action that would even allow him to Assimilate more of this Aspect of Existence! The power gained would be astronomical. And no matter how arduous it was, he would still do it.
So he looked at her worried face as he said…
“My Little Rose, I am going to break some chains surrounding you so that we can both stand on the same cliff…and stare at existence with one perspective.”
…!
1/1 Onwards!
