Chapter 560: Date with a Pretty Nekomata [1]

Nikolai leaned back against the comfortable leather seat of his expensive sports car, not long after reading his little princesses a story about his past. He took a quick shower and even let Kumiko and Leona trim his hair.

‘Phew, is there anything that Kumiko can’t do?’

He brushed his long hair back, revealing his new look, sharp jawline, nose and eyes and a shaved undercut hairstyle with long messy hair on top with a fringe down to his chin.

“Well, this thing seems to be something Kumiko and the girls like.” Nikolai smiled bitterly as they stopped him from cutting the top short. Kumiko said, “I like running my hands through this silky feeling… don’t cut it.” to which he shrugged and accepted her request.

He knew he looked good; there wasn’t any denial on his side.

‘I know I am attractive.’

Suppose he couldn’t be honest about that. He might have some confidence issues. Even the suit Kumiko chose was perfect. It clung to his shoulders and chest, which grew larger and more prominent after he reached Great Elder, far than usual.

The moment he leaned back, the gates of the Volkov compound slowly opened, and a goddess entered his vision.

Without a second thought, he ignited the engine and reversed into the perfect spot to pick her up, and slipped out of the car with smooth movements. Nikolai stood beside his vehicle, almost entranced by Risa’s beauty.

He watched her in silence.

Risa typically paid little attention to her looks because she was naturally pretty. Her long black hair looked sleek and glossy as it shone with each step, bouncing to the side of her shoulders in a wavy cascade of darkness.

The makeup was only light, but emphasised her moist, pink lips with a shiny finish, and the light eyeshadow drew Nikolai’s eyes to hers.

“W-What’s that look for?” She stuttered while averting her gaze slightly and mumbled to herself. “Damn… he looks so hot, Kumiko is a genius.”

‘I’ll pretend I didn’t hear that.’

His lips curved into a warm grin; the lovely and cheerful aura that Risa always carried brought Nikolai more joy and salvation than he could say with words. “Sorry, I was just shocked at how much of a goddess my wife was.”

“Nya!?” Her four tails all flicked through the air as she jumped. “W-What…. Hmph, being nice to me I-Isn’t going to get you anything special…”

Nikolai didn’t respond at first.

She interrupted him with a hiss. “Banned!”

Nikolai switched gears and pushed the accelerator. If she didn’t want him to be smooth, then he knew she loved going fast. Instantly, their car reached close to 100 Mph, which brought a brilliant glow to her cheeks as she smiled.

“You know…” Her humming stopped as she spoke an unfinished sentence.

Nikolai dropped the speed, no longer racing, instead cruising at a high but comfortable speed as they passed rice farms, forests and other wilderness. He could feel her gaze burning into him, but it wasn’t bad.

Then she continued. “I don’t really have anywhere I want to go!”

The moment she spoke, it was like all the stress and burdens of the world left her body as she let out a long sigh and collapsed into the leather seat. “Ehehe~ I just wanted to be with you, but felt too stubborn and jealous of the others to say so.”

Slowly, their speed cut to a stop as they pulled to the side lane. Risa didn’t complain but tilted her head and smiled back at him. “What’s with that look, handsome?”

Her pupils shrank while her hands clutched his waist, almost like a cat making biscuits. She sank her claws into him and kneaded. “Hmmm… I banned you from being like this…”

Before she could continue, Nikolai kissed her.

His lips clamped around her tongue, causing the lovely nekomata to struggle and snort hot air through her nose. She wiggled it around, while clamping his back with both hands as the wet squelch of their saliva mixing echoed in the car.
