“YU MIAOMIAO! IF YOU HAVE THE GUTS, COME OUT FOR ME.”

Bai Feng lifted his hand and banged on the roof of the car; electric sparks flew all over the space, causing Yu Miaomiao to close her normal eye. But she didn’t stop the car. Tapping on the dashboard, she tapped on the digital screen and unlocked the special defence traps and mechanisms that she had installed in this car.

Wham!

Bai Feng only got the time to see the enlarged bazooka in front of him before he was sent flying. His back hit the electric pole at the south, while Yu Miaomiao shifted the gears and, with the rest of the ability users, she retreated, running right back to the north. Seeing this, Bai Meiyue clenched her fists in worry. This was the one thing that she was worried about, and it was really happening.

She turned to look at Bai Feng, and sensing her gaze, the man who had scrambled back to his feet raised his head and looked in her direction. When he saw her thin frame carrying the big belly on her body, Bai Feng clenched his fists. That’s right. He now had the responsibility of protecting not just one but two sisters. If he didn’t kill Yu Miaomiao, then Bai Meiyue and her child would also end up in a perilous situation.

He turned his head to the front, looking at the car that was driving away, his eyes turned determined, and his jaw set. He chased after the car and, without wasting another second, lifted his foot and injected a strong electric current under the surface of the concrete. As the sparks flew under the surface, the road started to crack and splinter, until—

The car that Yu Miaomiao was driving flew up in the air, and with a bang, it turned upside down. When it came down, Bai Meiyue was certain that Yu Miaomiao inside the car must be dead. Lei Qian raised his head and looked at the spy camera with a smile on his lips, before flipping the bird at it, and a second later, he aimed at the data centre and notched the arrow before releasing it with a snap.

“NO!”

Yu Miaomiao, who could see what was going on, screamed, but she was too far away to make a move, and as the database blew up, her other eye started to bleed. She furled Xiang Mei away from her and covered her bleeding eye, hatred and anger surging in her heart.
