I was enjoying the food. I found the gaze of the old man sitting opposite me. At first, I thought it was normal.
Since I was someone unknown eating in front of him, the person could have felt curious.

They were ready to sacrifice Red Klein. But they didn’t tell him to his face. Instead, they asked him to kill Zack Lockwood right away, then flee the city.
Red Klein agreed to that. After ending the call, he continued to follow Zack Lockwood.

I purposely walked into the small and narrow streets between the residential areas. I saw that the Gold Mark Warrior was still following me.
After going around a few streets, I came to a small street with no one nearby. I turned around and faced the Gold Mark Warrior.
Red Klein already understood the purpose of Zack Lockwood. He had thought Zack Lockwood was escaping. But he didn’t expect he was looking for an isolated area.

A broadsword covered in golden elemental power appeared in his hand. In a flash, he appeared in front of Zack Lockwood.

He then raised the broadsword and made a cut horizontally. This all happened within seconds. The speed of the Gold Mark Warrior was terrifying.

A loud explosion occurred. The powerful lightning blasted away the broadsword. The rest of the energy bombarded the body of the Gold Mark Warrior.

With a heart-wrenching scream, his body flew backwards like a fast projectile before smashing into the ground.

The crash created a deep pit. The Gold Mark Warrior lay unconscious. His body lay exposed. The lightning power had completely charred his body.
The shock force power had smashed his internal organs. He was dead in one strike.

I appeared before the pit to strike again. Then I saw there was no breath left in the Gold Mark Warrior’s body.
My eyes flashed with a glint. The combination of the shock force and the new purple lightning force was deadly.
The Gold Mark Warrior was completely caught off guard. He didn’t do anything to protect his body or withstand the attack.
The strike had directly landed on his body.

The Purple Mark Guard appeared in front of me again. He glanced at the corpse and chuckled.
“Poor fellow from the Klein Family wouldn’t have imagined that he would die by your hands,” he said with a smile.
“What?”
“Klein family?” I uttered in shock.
“Yes, he is from the Klein Family. They have sent him here to find out the news about your visit to the city. But he not only saw you but sat opposite you while you were having your food,” the Purple Mark Guard said.
“He was a Gold Mark Warrior. He must have thought taking me down was easy,” I said to him.
“The news about your Silver Mark Warrior strength will reach other forces soon. I think then you will face more attacks,” the Purple Mark Guard said.
He then collected the corpse into his storage ring.
“Go back to the hotel. The big fish are yet to come,” he said before disappearing from the place.
My mouth twitched. The big fish that he was talking about must be the Purple Mark Warrior. Then I collected my thoughts and left the place.
About 20 minutes later,
I returned to the hotel. Manager Maren was there waiting for me. She came to me and asked if anything was needed. I told her that I was doing fine before going towards my room.
Phew!
Maren heaved a sigh of relief. She was worried that someone might take action against Zack Lockwood without them noticing. But she didn’t know Zack Lockwood had eliminated someone already.
The Klein Family had yet to receive the news. They would be furious soon.
She then shifted her attention to other guests and resumed her work.
